Nashville-based curator and writer Holly G knows she alone can’t solve the problems Black musicians face in the country music industry. The effort spreads awareness, gives platforms and provides safe spaces for Black artists in country, Americana and folk music. It also serves as a reminder that Black culture has always been a part of country music.
